Erik Nicholson
Erik Nicholson has 15 years of Oregon criminal courtroom experience. He has earned a reputation as one of the Portland metro area’s most aggressive and effective criminal defense attorneys. Erik specializes in helping individuals charged with crimes with an emphasis on DUI, motor vehicle crimes, and other complex criminal cases.
Erik has a Bachelors degree from Oregon State University and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from San Francisco’s Golden Gate University School of Law where he finished in the top of his class. He is licensed to practice in all California and Oregon state courts. Erik has successfully defended thousands of clients with charges ranging from petty misdemeanors to serious felonies.
Erik uses his years of experience to know when to fight and when to negotiate. He knows that every case is unique and works closely with his clients to obtain the best possible outcome every time. He is an expert in dealing with complex criminal issues and navigates his clients through the justice system as painlessly as possible.
Erik focuses on criminal defense in Washington, Clackamas, and Yamhill County as well as all local municipal courts (Beaverton, West Linn, Lake Oswego, Gladstone, and Oregon City).

Tionna LaBrie
Tionna has been in the business of helping people for over 20 years. She believes in empathy and works to develop meaningful relationships so she can provide each client with the individual help they need. She is a top tier paralegal with extensive knowledge and contacts in all Portland area courts. Tionna spends much of her free time volunteering for local youth activities, managing food banks, and trying out new and healthy recipes.
